The main parts of this system with a central muffler are constructed from high-grade lightweight titanium. The link pipes are made from high-grade stainless steel, and complex parts such as the titanium housing of the exhaust valves and the titanium tailpipe’s outer shell are cast in Akrapovič’s in-house foundry. The heat insulation is made from stainless steel, and each link pipe contains a 300 cpsi catalytic converter.This system is also equipped with an Akrapovič Sound Kit, which makes it possible to control the sound from the cockpit. This allows the occupants of the car to easily switch between quiet mode and a sportier tone using the Sound Remote Controller, which opens and closes the exhaust valves, providing a fuller and more involved experience. Due to the nature of the exhaust system, remapping is recommended, and it is designed for use on closed course competition circuits and venues.
