Side case made of natural aluminum, 37 liters, with MONOKEY® CAM-SIDE. For each EVO SMART case used, the SMART SECURITY LOCK (Patent Pending) locking mechanism must be purchased separately. This innovative new system ensures quick and secure replacement of the lock mechanism. Made from natural aluminum, the Trekker Outback EVO SMART side case is available in versions for both the right and left sides, which can be purchased either individually or as a pair. The mounting system used is MONOKEY® CAM-SIDE, while these EVO SMART versions also feature anti-vibration points made of cast aluminum and new hooks on the bottom that provide a secure hold even on gravel roads and can be repaired in the event of strong impacts. The rotating removable lid system, which allows the lid to be partially rotated or fully removed, has been redesigned and reinforced with stainless steel. The new Hold it Active System with hooks further enhances usability: it allows the case to be tilted without fully detaching it from the side frame, making it easier to open the lid in situations where a top case is mounted. The system can be activated or deactivated as needed, even when the case is mounted. Finally, a wide range of optional accessories is available (sold separately), including the internal light, elastic storage net that can be attached to the underside of the lid, the 35-liter waterproof inner bag, and the expandable X-Line cargo bag, as well as other universal accessories. GIVI guarantees a level of water resistance for its cases that corresponds to heavy rain. Specifically, the cases are tested with a special machine that simulates rain with a flow rate of 20 l/min.
